Return Policy & Quality Guarantee
At Pera, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every product meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. However, we understand that issues can arise, and we are here to help. Please review our return policy and quality guarantee for details on how we handle any problems with your order.
Quality Guarantee
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied with the quality of a product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item, and we will investigate the issue thoroughly.
- If our quality assurance team validates your claim, we will send a replacement order to you as quickly as possible.
- If a replacement order isn’t possible or you're unable to wait for a replacement, we can issue a refund upon request.
Please note that due to the nature of the printing process, minor color variations may occur and are within acceptable tolerance levels. These variations are not covered under our quality guarantee.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged (and not caused by content provided by you or your customer), we will cover the cost of a replacement. This includes:
- Damage during delivery
- Incorrect quantities
- Quality issues with the product itself
Lost Orders
If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Return Policy
Since our products are custom-made for each order, we do not support returns or exchanges. If you wish to place a new order, the cost will be your responsibility. However, we stand behind our quality guarantee and will ensure any defective or damaged products are replaced.
Returned to Sender
In case an order is returned to the sender due to:
- Wrong Address: If the provided address is incorrect or insufficient, the shipment will be returned and disposed of. You will need to place a new order with the correct address, and you will be responsible for the new order’s cost.
- Rejected by Recipient: If your customer rejects the delivery, the shipment will be returned and disposed of safely. You can place a new order at your cost if needed.
- Unclaimed Shipments: If a shipment is unclaimed at the local post office or pick-up point, it may be returned to the sender. You can place a new order, and we will arrange for the product price to be refunded, though you will still need to pay for shipping costs.
